The waterproof and breathable Generation Waterproof Heated Jacket Liner is designed to deliver maximum warmth with minimal bulk – while feeling like a natural part of your body. With 90+ watts of heat, this is one of the warmest garments on the market, providing warmth within seconds, efficiently distributed across the chest, lower front, arms, soft fleece-lined collar, as well as both the upper and lower back.
The heating elements consist of soft and flexible carbon fibre-based SoftHeat elements, shaped for optimal heat transfer. The high efficiency means less insulation is required, resulting in a lighter and more streamlined garment without compromising warmth.
The garment is made from the high-tech material Gelanots®, a waterproof and breathable three-layer laminate that transports moisture through a hydrophilic membrane. Combined with antibacterial stretch panels, the liner adapts to the body and keeps heat close, while maintaining full freedom of movement.
The inner lining in nylon taffeta is soft and smooth, allowing the jacket to glide easily over your other clothing. The construction is durable, washable, and extremely lightweight, and can be packed into the included storage pouch – perfect for touring where every centimetre of packing space counts.
The design ensures the garment functions not only as a heated liner but also as a standalone jacket after riding. Reflective details enhance visibility in low-light conditions, and the women’s model also features a waterproof hood that can be neatly stored in the collar.
Every detail is carefully considered: connections at the sleeve ends for gloves or glove liners, a pocket-in-pocket design for the Heat-troller remote, and support for both single and dual controller functionality. Zipped chest and hand pockets provide practical storage.
Only the highest-quality components are used, including YKK zips and cables and connectors engineered for extreme temperatures (down to −40°C), ensuring long service life and reliable performance.
